Carl Casper's Custom Auto-Show - This event features some of the coolest cars around. They have quality Vendors and are part of the ISCA.

Grand Rod Run - Tihis car show is in Pigeon Fordge, TN. They have about 10,000 hot rods show up and pile on the strip. If you are going on vacation and still want to satisfy your hot rod quench but still want to hang with the family this is the car show for you. Shades of the PAST is the previous week in the same area and is just about exactly the same in nature.

Good Guys - These events are always quality they put on car shows throughout the US and the specific one in the southeast is the Good-Guys car shows in Nashville, TN. It is held at the Adelphia Colliseum where the TN Titans play. I would google The Good-Guys website to see the dates because it changes quite frequently. A lot of the newer events normally do. They do feature some beautiful cars.

Drag Races anyone? Memphis Motorsports Park holds several events that even has some aired on a national level such as the NHRA. It is aired on ESPN 2 and Spike TV. They hold events for associations such as NHRA, NMCA, NMRA and Comp Cams Million Dollars Drag. The cool thing about these shows are that they have one month out of the year where they hold 4 back-to-back events.

The only diffrence is that car show people normally have people with car show cars and drag races are normally for spectators to come hang out with there buddies which is great.
