Normal standard version of the definition of rim polish :
Rim polish is a chemical formualtion designed to bring a higher shine to a set of rims and also cleaning of the surface. Rim polish was thought out by car care companies to offer a product to a market that wanted a clean more appealing rim surface.
Although rim metal types vary the meaning is still to being of a higher gloss to the vehicles wheels.
Sheen Genie's definition of rim polish :
We do agree with the above definition although we feel adequate about adding to this because of a rim polish that satisfies rim polishers on a global level. We are the authority in this field. A rim polish should make a shine and also clean the surface but the extent of the shine is left out favorable because many rim polishes are not created equally. Our rim polish makes aluminum rims look chrome like and clear coted rims glass like and even sparkly. Our rim polish will clean the surface but again the extent of what exactly our rim polish will remove is more that just a normal cleaning. Our rim polish cleans water spots that are fresh and also stubborn water spots that are stained into the rims finish. Our rim polish is not just for one type of rim but all it is a universal rim polish for aluminum, alloy, stainless steel, magnesium and any other metal on a rims surface. although there are rims that are anodized our rim polish will still clean the surface ridding of all natural elements attained while driving.
A rim polish should also have some sort of protectant and this is another authoratative area Sheen Genie has made advances in. We created a rim polish protectant that clear coats the surface of the rims finish (ie.) protects from natural elements and enhancing the gloss for a substantial amount of time six months to be exact. The definition of rim polish is Sheen Genie rim polish.
