Diamond Plate Metal Polish
Diamond plate tool boxes or diamond plate in general tend to haze and this is caused simply by natural weather to the metal. Diamond Plate is a beautiful metal when polished the thing is that it is so rough and bumpy that polishing it is very hard. Although with our metal polish you can polish it out you still should heed some tips on polishing your diamond plate.
When polishing diamond plate always use a terry cloth towel this helps with the long textures of the towel in getting around the crevices of the diamonds. You always want to fold the towel enough so that you can apply pressure without cutting your hand the diamonds are sharp and can and will cut through the towel another reason to use something that is inexpensive as the applicator.
After your diamond plate metal is polished out you want to protect it with our sealer. This allows the shine to continue to last. Simply wipe the sealer on and wipe it off. Be sure to spend a little extra time removing it so that the gloss is optimally visible. We recommend to re-polish the diamond plate one every six months due to it’s high proneness to oxidation and water spots unless you are in states where snow and rain come more often than the rest of the nation you should re-polish one every three months or as sees fit.
