Seven to fourteen days upon arrival, a check or money order certificate will be released, payable to Sheen Genie® product(s) purchaser in the full amount of the prior business transaction minus shipping & handling fees and stamps. Note: If you payed on-line, once we receive the system back, we can give you a full refund instantly. However, we do not reserve any rights for the shipping cost. Everyone pays those, and, if it were up to us, any customer of ours would not have to pay them at all.

Update: July 28, 2010 still zero complaints or returns have been filed at Sheen Genie® headquarters. It's simple: the product(s) WORK amazingly!
